The gentleman were so nice and helpful! I had a tire that kept going low and they had me in and out in about 20 mins. I now know where I am going for next set of tires! Thanks y’all!

Not making this review to talk bad about the place , but very disappointed and upset I’ve taken my trucks most of the times to get aligned and never had this issue but few days ago took my truck to get aligned, I had mentioned to front desk guy that I had installed brand new aftermarket tie rods and other goodies he mentioned everything will be taken care of like usual, fast forward when I pick up, my tie rods where all chipped up and it’s noticeable since they are painted black and giving the fact they are brand new ,and not looking like how they where when the truck went in . Mentioned to another tatted up guy in front and all he said was “sorry bout that ,our mechanic knows what he is doing “ upsetting part is they didn’t bother to see what they can do…. I understand they are tie rods, it’s a truck I’m very aware , just very upset & disappointed because I expected better care of my things , how the shop has done before , if you see brand New part that is painted it’s common sense you are gonna be cautious and not chip or damage it , if it where me in that situation I would make sure part doesn’t get damaged or chip paint etc. The aftermarket tie rods that are in the truck are d

While in town taking care of things for my elderly parents, I was driving by Bill Williams Tire and randomly decided to stop in and see if they could help them with a slow leak in the tire of their car they were having to air up daily. They graciously without hesitation got us right in and removed a nail and repaired the tire within 30 minutes! My parents had visited another local tire store only to wait over 30 minutes to just be acknowledged and finally left. We were so grateful. On top of that they have found a place that they trust to take their car for future services with a nice waiting area for them to be comfortable as well. Highly recommend!

They buy and sell wholesale tires. Friendly staff, busy place...they have lots of semi tires Update: called @ 3:30am needing a steer tire for a service call and they had someone meet me there within 30 min to sell me a tire....can't say enough good things about this company. They have come through for Beamon's Truck Services every time! Thanks guys! We appreciate y'all SO much!

We pulled into Bill Williams Truck Center needing a new tire and a repair on a second tire for our travel trailer. This is a nice large location with easy access in and out. We were there a little over an hour and then on our way again. Great service!
